Capital Calm Tea Blend. 

Ingredients:  Passion Flower Leaf, Lemon Balm, Lavender & Tulsi Basil.

Uses: Sleep aid, relaxation, calms and soothe, reduces anxiety, immune support.

Instructions: Uses 1 tsp per cup. Bring water to a boil and pour over tea. Steep covered for 8-10 minutes. May add lemon and sweetener. Drink when cool.
